WhatsApp messages
Message content is never stored. Only the booking state is kept temporarily in memory and deleted when the conversation ends.
Phone numbers
All mobile numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Numbers are displayed masked by default — full numbers are only revealed on explicit request.
Appointment records
Kept for 5 years from the appointment date, in line with standard medical record retention in Mexico. Permanently deleted after that.
Consent records
Every consent grant and revocation is logged with a timestamp. Records are retained while the Client has an active relationship with any business on the platform.
Account deletion
Clients can request account deletion at any time. Personal data is deleted immediately; appointment slots are anonymized for business reporting.
Business data
On account closure, a 30-day grace period allows you to export your records. After that, all data is permanently deleted.
